Meet Stephen
I’ve spent more than 25 years in leadership — from managing a family legacy in Napa Valley to guiding nonprofits, hospitality groups, and finance teams.
My early career at KPMG grounded me in strategy and structure. My later work taught me the value of story, voice, and community.
I created this studio to help others harness AI with the same clarity and care that’s shaped my own work.
